QUESTIONS KIDS ASK ....
Q. IF WE WENT HIGH ENOUGH IN THE SKY, WOULD WE FIND HEAVEN? A. No one but God knows exactly where heaven is. but the best way we can describe its location is to say it is "up." If we rode a spaceship up, way out into space, we would not find heaven .... it can't be seen or found by people. Only God can take us there. And that's what He does, after we die, if we have trusted in Jesus as our Savior.
Acts 1:9-11 Not long after this, Jesus rose into the sky. He went up into a cloud, leaving them staring after Him. They were straining their eyes for another look at Him. But suddenly two white-robed men were standing there with them. They said, "Men of Galilee, why are you standing here staring at the sky? Jesus has gone to heaven. And someday he will come back again, just as he went!"

 Q. DID JESUS EVER DO ANYTHING BAD WHEN HE WAS LITTLE? A. Jesus was born as a baby and grew up as a little boy and into a young man. When He was a child, Jesus had to learn many things, like how to hold a cup, how to talk, and how to count. He learned things from His parents and went to school to learn, too. But though Jesus was a real human being, He never did anything wrong ... he never sinned ... like stealing, lying, disobeying His parents, or saying bad words. Sometimes Jesus did things that others said were bad ... like helping certain people and speaking out against wrong. But Jesus always did what was right .... He always obeyed God.
Christ, who suffered for you, is your example. He never sinned. He never told a lie. He never answered back when insulted. When He suffered He did not threaten to get even. He left His case in the hands of God who always judges fairly. 1 Peter 2:21-23

 Q. WHY DO YOU GET MAD AT ME IF YOU HAVE JESUS IN YOUR HEART?
A. Not all anger is wrong. We should be angry with the bad things in the world, and we should try to make them right. When children disobey their parents and do other things that are wrong, sometimes their parents get angry. Good parents want their children to do what is right, and so they try to teach their children right from wrong. Sometimes, of course, parents get angry at children for the wrong reasons. Maybe parents are grouchy because they've had a bad day. Or maybe they misunderstood what their child did. Parents are human too; they can make mistakes. Even Christian parents who have God living in them and guiding them can do what is wrong at times. That happens when they don't do what God wants them to do. No matter how parents act, you should love them and pray for them.
If you are angry, don't sin by staying angry. Don't let the sun go down with you still angry. Get over it quickly. Ephesians 4:26

Q. WHY DID ADAM AND EVE EAT THE FORBIDDEN FRUIT IF GOD SAID NOT TO?
A. Adam and Eve were sinless and perfect when God created them. But they could still choose to do what was wrong (just like you can choose to do what you aren't suppose to do).
When the devil tempted them to eat the forbidden fruit, they chose to do it. Although people talk about Adam and Eve eating an "apple" in the Garden of Eden, we don't know what the fruit looked like or how it tasted. All we know is that it was the one fruit in that big, beautiful garden that they weren't suppose to eat.
Adam and Eve ate the fruit because the devil started them to thinking about what it would be like. Then he lied about God's rule to make then think that God was keeping something good from them. Pretty soon they wanted to eat the fruit more than they wanted to obey God's rule.

Q. WHERE DOES GOD LIVE?
A. Sometimes we think of God as though he were another person like us. And just as we can only be in one place at a time and we need a place to live, we think that God is the same way. But God isn't limited to a physical body or to one place at a time. In fact, God lives everywhere, especially inside people who love Him.
We call church "God's house" because that's where people who love God gather together to worship Him. But no matter where we are, God is with us. We can never be lost to His love. God also lives in heaven .... eventually, we will live there, too.
